Resurrecting Bobrovnikoff: EPSC2014

This is the paper I put together at the suggestion of Dr Padma Yanamandra-Fisher, who organises Pro-Am collaboration work for NASA.  Padma had made me an administrator of the “CIOC Siding Spring” Facebook page, where amateurs submit observations and photos of the close fly-by of Comet C/2013 A1 (Siding Spring) and Mars.

The paper eventually reduced to the obligatory two pages and was approved by Nick Howes for me to present to the Pro-Am collaboration stream at the 2014 European Planetary Science Congress in Lisbon.

The paper was presented again in a modified form at the North West Astronomy Festival.
